COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
DEFROSTED: Empty contents into a microwave safe container, cover with cling film & microwave for 3 mins. Stir & heat for a further 3-4 mins. FROZEN: Empty contents into a microwave safe container, cover with cling film & microwave for 7 mins. Peel back the film, stir & heat for a further 2-4 minutes or until piping hot. STOVE TOP: defrost fully & empty into a saucepan & heat through till piping hot.
