The Fine Print

Children & Teens: Children 5 years and up require a ticket, and under 18's are welcome until 9pm.

Ticket confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The name you book with will be on the door list—just give your name when you arrive (no need for a physical ticket).

Non-transferable or refundable: Tickets are non-transferable and can’t be shared, resold, or passed on to someone else. All ticket sales are final, so we’re unable to offer refunds.
